What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unused items with tags and a valid packing slip within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

In order to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button to begin the process.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your full refund within two weeks of shipping the return package. 

 Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, you will have to pay for the cost to send the item back. Please feel free to ship your return with the carrier of your choice.

 

Do you have a store I can bring my return to?

No, we do not have a storefront location at this time.

 

Can I exchange my order?

We currently do not offer exchanges on Jules Kae merchandise. Please follow our return process and place a new order once you have received a refund.
